Exclude non-conforming products before the next process:
①The thickness of the billet is in accordance with the company's requirements for this product: a bar ±0.2mm is a genuine product, and a plate ±0.1mm is a genuine product (qualified product) if it exceeds it, it is a waste product.
②If the color and pattern are changed, it is a waste product that does not meet the requirements of the variety.
③The model is inferior, and rotten edges, cores, and bubbles are all waste products.
Production requirements and standards of the button workshop:
①The shape is consistent with the sample, including the size of the thin side button, the curvature of the face and the back, etc.
②Inspection standards, the following phenomena are all waste products:
a. Needle hole: the needle hole is broken or cracked, the eye hole is not in the center of the button, the four holes are not square, the eye hole is not perpendicular to the button surface, there are few holes or the needle is not penetrated after the needle is broken, the front is large and the back is small, and the eye is dark. Buttons, hole edges are blown up, no holes, etc.
b. Button side: one side is thick and the other side is thin; the overall thickness of the button is correct, and the side is thick on one side and thin on the other side.
c. Compared with the sample button, the overall thickness of the button becomes thicker or thinner as a whole, and four consecutive buttons are thick or thin during machine turning.
Acceptance criteria for finished products:
1. The color, pattern, and model are the same as the sample or product requirements.
2. The pinholes are straight and symmetrical, and the pitch and size of the pinholes conform to the standard.
3. The luminosity meets the requirements.
4. There is no car explosion, car breakage, uneven side thickness.
5. Classified packaging according to style, color, pattern and model.
